Eduardo San Miguel joined Tecnicas Reunidas 19 years ago, in 2004.
He has both, a Law and Business Sciences bachelor’s degrees at Madrid University.
Before joining TR, he worked for 10 years in Arthur Andersen, where he developed consultancy and audit works, reaching the Manager category. Later on, he worked for three years in the merger and acquisition process of two large communication groups as CFO.
At TR Group, he led the group´s IPO and created the supporting financial structure to guarantee the growth of the group, which has multiplied by ten its size in these years.
He has also arranged the control systems for the operation and defined the tax structure of the Group.
Mr. San Miguel was appointed CEO in February 2022 and is leading the group´s transition process towards cleaner energy. Mr. San Miguel has launched the strategic plan “SALTA”, based on the development of a new division that delivers “pure services” only (instead of the traditional lump sum model), the generation inNorth America and the increase of efficiency through digitalization and robotics.
