Inter-American Development Bank Partnerships and Mobilization Senior Specialist, IADB Office in Brussels

Carla Fernández-Durán, started her career at the Inter-American Development Bank Office of Outreach and Partnerships in Europe in 2016, in Madrid. Since 2020, she is the IDB Partnerships and Mobilization Senior Specialist, at the IDB Office in Brussels, leading the partnership with the European Union institutions.
Prior to that, she worked as a Programs Leader at the World Leadership Alliance Club de Madrid, managing projects on democratic transition and consolidation in Africa, LAC, Middle East and Asia.
Mrs. Fernández-Durán holds Senior Degrees in Law and Political Science from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.
